We use APC next business day. We have chosen this service because it is fast, reliable (although not perfect 100% of the time) and value for money when compared to similar services offered by other carriers. This service is totally traceable from the point of despatch to being delivered at the shipping address. APC will notify recipients of a delivery time slot on the day. The charge of £10.00 covers packages weighing up to 30kg.

We are predominantly a B2B entity and will respectfully decline any requests to 'pop something in the post'. An online stamp will not provide proof of postage, and it is not efficient for us to travel to the Post Office on each occasion and queue for proof of postage. Proof of postage from a Post Office is only valid for a low goods value, and is not a service guarantee. Any failure to deliver attracts a very long 'wait and see' period before the lengthy claim process can begin, ultimately frustrating the 'recipient'. As an example, Royal Mail Guaranteed 1pm service for a parcel up to 1kg weight currently costs £9.35 - by the time we've accounted for staff and travel costs, the final cost to the customer would be more expensive.

European Union

For all EU destinations please contact us for shipping costs.

All EU orders placed on account with a valid tax number will be processed accordingly, with the VAT element removed manually by us before processing. EU zone orders paid by credit or debit card at the point of order without a valid tax number will be subject to VAT at the current rate.

Orders received before 14:00 local time will be despatched that day where possible. APC services are guidelines and not guarantees. If a delivery falls short of the expected time frame, we are not able to offer a refund of the shipping charge because we are still charged, even if the failure is clearly the responsibility of the carrier. This is regrettable.

If for any reason your consignment appears in less than perfect condition, it must be signed as such, or refused on this basis clearly. We should be notified immediately. Pictures showing damage at the point of delivery are always extremely helpful. This will allow us to launch an investigation with as much information as possible.
