Orders
When confirmation of your order is received, an email confirmation will automatically be sent. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable..

Please note that from time to time products may change. We endeavour to maintain as accurate picture and written information as possible on our website. However, there may be occasions where we have new products that have recently replaced older stock shown on our website. All colours are reproduced as accurately as possible but please remember that the actual colour may vary from what you see on screen. All weights, sizes and dimensions are intended as a guide only.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT at the current rate.

All orders will be confirmed by email. If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed. Orders are never part despatched and always sent complete. We process your order right away and if we have the items in stock we will normally send your order to you for the next business day, where order and payment is received by 1500 Monday to Thursday, and 1200 on Fridays.

Carriage
All items are despatched using Parcelforce 24 Next business day service to mainland UK destinations, at a rate of £8.00. Surcharges apply for Highlands & Islands, and next business day delivery may not always be possible to these destinations.

Upgrades are available for timed deliveries (by noon, 1030, 0900, noon Saturday).

ROI & EU despatches are sent by Parcelforce 48 two business day service.

We cannot be held responsible for the timeliness of these services.

Please ensure you use a valid delivery address and that someone will be at this address to receive and sign for the goods. Parcelforce will leave a calling card, but is not always possible. You will need to contact them immediately to re-arrange delivery or otherwise the goods will be returned to us within a few days. If this is the case you will be liable for a new carriage charge.

Insurance
Insurance can be purchased at checkout at a rate of £4 per of £500 order value.

Please look at the parcel for any obvious signs of damage before you sign for it. You are entitled to place a comment next to your signature, e.g. 'damaged' or 'unexamined', indeed if you wish you are entitled to ask the carrier to wait whilst you unpack an item that looks as if might be damaged.

Refund Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found here.

We offer a full refund policy on lost, non-delivered or damaged items, and will refund you in the event of a successful claim with the carrier.

It is your responsibility to contact us regarding any shortages or packing errors within 3 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt.

We try to be accurate in our product descriptions, however occasionally a descriptive mistake can be made. In such a case we will be happy to refund in full if you are not happy that the item was fairly described. We cannot accept any consequential costs other than that of return postage.

All goods are subject to an exchange/refund if unsuitable in any way with the exception of special order items. Returns must be confirmed to us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds or exchanges are only offered for goods if returned in original unused condition, and a 10% handling fee will apply. No refund can be given on the original delivery fee or on special order items.
